CNC
The smaller end of our capacity is covered by a bar fed Puma CNC lathe with Fanuc control this machine is capable of bar feeding from 10mm dia. to 65mm dia. and chucking up to 550mm dia. swing with a maximum turning diameter of 350mm with a between centre length of 562mm long.
The larger components are machined with a Mazak CNC Lathe with Mazatrol control this machine is capable of swinging and turning diameter of up to 540mm with a between the centre length of 1500mm.
Conventional
We have a range of centre lathes for machining of various smaller components from 10mm up to a maximum swing of 430mm diameter with a maximum length between centres of 1520mm. The middle range with a capacity of a maximum swing of 1000 mm diameter with a maximum length between centres of 3000mm. We can also turn chucking work of up to 1270mm diameter. All lathes are fitted with digital readouts.
