We have a keyseater machine capable of machining internal keyways from 4mm (1/4”) to 30mm (1”) wide. Our slotting machine is capable of machining larger keyways and for machining hexagon and square bores.
Greaseways of a figure eight orientation can be machined into bushes of most materials using a machine developed in house.
We have a purpose built fitting bay 20m x 10m which can fulfil you assembly needs serviced by a 7.5 tonne overhead crane. A facility for hydro-testing components is also available.
