Fabrication
Mild steel fabrications are carried out to our approved MIG welding procedure and our fabricators are qualified to BS EN 288 part 3 standards . If required welds can be Non-Destructive Tested using Ultrasonic, Die Penetrate or Magnetic Particle Inspections. Fabrications can either be manufactured to drawings or samples.
Stainless steel fabrications can be either MIG or ARC welded. We also capable of welding mild to stainless steel and mild steel to cast iron. The fabrication area is serviced by a 7.5 tonne overhead crane.
Therefore we as a company can offer our customers the possibility of welded and fully machined fabrications under one roof with no additional transport costs.
